Webster Computer Systems (Webster) is a company in liquidation, fully controlled and managed by Court appointed liquidator O’Brien Palmer (www.obp.com.au)
Fourier Technologies acquired the rights, but not the obligation, to provide IT services to Webster’s clients during the court appointed liquidation period between 01/04/2016 – 31/3/2017 on terms and conditions specified at Fourier’s sole discretion. After this period the list of clients (defined as a Business Asset) will be passed on by the liquidator to Fourier. Fourier has the sole right, but not the obligation, to propose and enter into new Service Agreement Contracts with all former Webster Clients.
Webster terminated all employment contracts with their staff at 31/3/2016. Any employment related liabilities and claims for the period prior to 01/04/2016 legally remain in full force with Webster. As the company is in court appointed liquidation, all such matters should be directed to the liquidator.
All former Webster staff were offered an opportunity to enter into new unencumbered employment contracts with Fourier Technologies as of 01/04/2017.
Any obligations, claims, disputes, etc. between 3rd parties and Webster remain exactly as such in full force. All 3rd parties’ claims shall and must be directed to Webster’s liquidator directly. Fourier is not authorised nor obligated and will not respond in any way to such queries, claims or legal requests. Fourier is not liable for any Webster related claims or obligations to any 3rd parties and/or its former staff or contractors whatsoever.
